This year I made over 300
Mexican Wedding cakes. They are really quite easy for such a tasty little cookie. This recipe omits nuts, but finely chopped pecans or walnuts are delicious additions.
I highly recommend rolling the cookies in powdered sugar twice--once right out of the oven and again after they are cooled. You can also roll the cookies in cinnamon sugar. If you chose to coat the cookies this way roll them in the cinnamon sugar
before you put them in the oven and then do it again right out of the oven.
Enjoy!

And the kids are SO CUTE!
Oh, those are my favorites. Yum!
Great helpers you've got there.
By request, I am making more of these for Christmas day. I like them without the nuts, but the nutsos in my family want walnuts, so I think I am making some of each.
I love Ethan's sugar-covered face! hahaha. They are both so cute:)
These cookies are my FAVORITES. I'm going to have to try making them one of these days.
those are my favoritest holiday cookies... mmm.... buttery sugary goodness.
i haven't made any this year, though, and probably won't
Njammm. Almost as delicious as your new banner ;)
